How does this hoodie fit?
Unisex classic fit — not oversized. Take your usual size, or size up for room to layer.
What is it made of?
50% cotton, 50% polyester, 8 oz / 271 gsm. Heather Sport colours are 60% polyester, 40% cotton.
Why does the white look off-white?
That is the fabric. The blend does not take a bright white; it reads slightly warm. It is not a defect.
Is the print in exactly the same place on every hoodie?
Close, but not identical. Each piece is printed individually, so placement varies
slightly. That is normal for printed garments.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, max 30°C. Non-chlorine bleach as needed. Tumble dry medium. Iron low. Do not dry clean. Wash inside out to protect the print.
When will my order ship?
If the size you choose is in stock, we process your order within 1–3 business days.
Delivery then takes 5–14 business days in the US and 7–14 business days
internationally.
If the size is marked PRE-ORDER, the piece has not been made yet. We ship it 15–30
days after your order, and delivery takes a further 7–15 days. The exact window for
your order is shown above the button before you buy, and repeated in your
confirmation email.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes, but please read this before you buy. Faults, damage, or a wrong item must be
reported within 72 hours of delivery, with an uninterrupted video starting from the
sealed package and continuing through the full unboxing. We do not accept
change-of-mind returns — that includes ordering the wrong size — so check the size
guide first.
We do not swap items directly: return the original, then place a new order. Return
shipping is paid by you. EU customers also have a 14-day right of withdrawal from
