and repeated in your order confirmation email. Full terms are in our Pre-Order Terms.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot dispatch within the window we gave you,
we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For most destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and charged as
part of your order at checkout. The total you see at checkout is the total you
pay. Nothing further is due when your parcel arrives, and if the actual customs
charge turns out to be different, that difference is covered for you at no cost.

Depending on local convention, these amounts are either included in the
displayed price or shown as a separate line at checkout. Either way they are
part of the total you pay us, and your order confirmation itemises them.

For the small number of destinations we cannot cover this way, we ship DDU -
Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees
charged by your country are then your responsibility and are not included in
the price you pay us. Your carrier or customs authority will contact you if
payment is due.

If a parcel is returned to us because import charges were refused, we refund
the item price only, not the original shipping cost.

REFUNDS OF DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

If your order is cancelled before it ships, any duties and import taxes
collected at checkout are refunded in full along with the rest of your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, duties and import taxes have already been
paid to the destination country on your behalf and cannot be recovered. Refunds
on dispatched orders therefore cover the price of the goods and are net of
those amounts.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not affect your statutory
rights. Where the law of your country requires those amounts to be refunded to
you, they will be.

TRACKING

You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5
business days to show its first scan.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Check your address before you complete checkout. We can correct an address within 24 hours
of your order; after that we cannot. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can
be reshipped at your cost.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items ship separately. The in-stock items
ship first at no extra cost to you.
