TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of 444racing.com and any order you place. By placing an order
you accept them.

The site is operated by NodeAtom LLC, 1001 S Main St, Kalispell, MT 55901.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to order.

ORDERS

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you a confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where a
price or description was wrong, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, we
refund you in full.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any import duties or taxes, which are
shown at checkout or charged on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

Payment is taken in full when you order, including for pre-order items.

We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screens render colour differently, and
garment measurements carry a manufacturing tolerance of approximately 2–3 cm. Small
variations are not defects.

PRE-ORDERS

Items marked PRE-ORDER are governed by our Pre-Order Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — designs, graphics, photography, text, and the 444RACING name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or use it commercially without written permission.

ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it by automated means without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

LIABILITY

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses, or for loss that was not foreseeable.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for
fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, your statutory rights are unaffected.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the law of the United States. Consumers in the EU and the UK
keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence, and may bring
proceedings there.

DISPUTES

Contact us first at support@444racing.com — most issues are resolved quickly.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
