Pre-Order Terms

PRE-ORDER TERMS

WHAT A PRE-ORDER IS

An item marked PRE-ORDER has not been made yet. You are reserving a piece from a production
run that has not started. Payment is taken in full when you order — this is what secures
your place in the run.

TIMING

  Dispatch    15–30 days after your order
  Delivery    a further 7–15 days
  Total       approximately 22–45 days

The window calculated for your order is shown above the PRE-ORDER button before you buy,
and repeated in your confirmation email. That email is your record.

These are estimates based on our production partner's stated lead times. They are not
guarantees.

IF WE ARE LATE

If we cannot dispatch within the window we gave you, we will email you before that window ends. You may then choose to wait for a revised date, or cancel for a full refund. You do not have to accept a delay.

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER

You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing support@444racing.com. After 24 hours your
order is committed to the production run and cannot be cancelled.

This does not affect your right to cancel if we miss the delivery window above, and it does
not affect the statutory rights of EU and UK customers described in our Refund & Return
Policy.

MIXED ORDERS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items ship first at
no extra cost. Your pre-order item follows on the timeline above.

CHANGES TO THE PRODUCT

Production samples can differ slightly from photographs in colour and in print placement.
Where a difference is material, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for
a full refund.

RETURNS

Pre-order items are covered by our Refund & Return Policy in the same way as in-stock
items. The 30-day return window starts on delivery, not on the order date.
